Glory Star PlatPlay RoomManager can integrate with existing calendar systems easily such as office 365, G Suite and exchange so that employees can use their own scheduling tools while benefiting RoomManager’s features. The reservations can be tracked from all devices such as mobile, PC or tablets positioned in front of meeting rooms and secure booking is provided with Pin codes special to users.

RoomManager has different modules which can be added to the basic software:

RoomManager Panorama is an ideal way to guide employees and visitors without any information desk assistance. Room Manager Panorama works on kiosks positioned in a vertical or horizontal format. You can scroll over all rooms and get the information about their occupancy, capacity, location directions etc. Also the information which you share can be changed according to your desires.

RoomManager Catering helps employees send their catering orders to the kitchen through the system during the meeting. The orders are dropped to the touch screens in the kitchen for preparation. Administration can track consumption and attend related costs to the departments. Technical requirements can also be informed from the same system.
